Classmates with the Elizabethton High School Class of 1954 will hold a planning meeting for a reunion at 6:30 p.m. at the Mayflower Restaurant. All members of the class are urged to attend.

Roan Mountain Lodge No. 566 F&AM will hold a regular stated meeting at 7 p.m. All members in good standing are welcome to attend and visiting brethren are always welcome.

Rocky Top Gun Permit School will hold a Tennessee Handgun Permit training class beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the B&K Community Center on the Old Bristol Highway in Elizabethton. The descendants of Ruby and Addie Birchfield Gouge and Emmert and Bettie Gouge Collins will hold their annual family reunion at the Little Doe Freewill Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
