Who’s On The Wall: Ramsey nominated to TN Air Force Hall of Fame

James Ramsey served in the Air Force for almost 31 years. He completed more than 320 combat missions and flew a total of 16 different types of fighter jets. He has been nominated for the Tennessee Air Force Hall of Fame.

Col. James B. Ramsey served in the United States Air Force for almost 31 years and completed more than 320 missions while serving in Korea and Vietnam. He has recently been nominated for the Tennessee Aviation Hall of Fame.

Ramsey took his first ride in an airplane in 1937 when he was nine years old. He was one of three passengers in an F-2 Waco.
